The villa is situated on a small private development which is located in the little seaside resort of Portiragnes Plage.

Portiragnes Plage is 2 kilometres from the village of Portiragnes and about 6km from the medieval town of Bezier.

It is an easy 5 minute walk from the villa to the Mediterranean beaches along a footpath that borders a nature reserve and a lagoon containing abundant bird life, sometimes flamingos and ibis.
